R Engineering Team, (RET) is a professional organization engaged in the practice of engineering services and construction administration services.

RET is a fully structured Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certified by the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and the State of Ohio EDGE program, to perform engineering and construction administration services.

Our electrical engineering services include the design of systems for:

power, lighting, control, fire alarm, communications, technology, security, lightning and transient protection, and energy management.

Our mechanical engineering services include the design of systems for:

heating, ventilating and air conditioning, piping, plumbing, fire protection, and energy management.

Our construction administration services:

include pre-construction conferences, pre-construction site walk throughs, submittal reviews, shop drawing reviews, processing requests for information, conduct construction progress meetings, perform construction inspections, process contractor payment requisitions, prepare and process change orders, perform substantial completion walk-throughs, prepare punch lists, conduct final inspection, process warranty packages, and contract close out.

RET utilizes the best available technology in providing services to our clients. We utilize the latest version of AutoCad 2D and 3D in document preparation. We also utilize the latest version of Revit. We utilize Microsoft Word in preparing specification documents. We utilize customized software in performing itemized estimates.

All RET’s services are effectively supported with study and evaluation reports, project management, specification documentation, estimating, field supervision, inspection services, and life cycle analysis.
