R Engineering Team, LLC performed mechanical and electrical engineering services for University Hospitals at the UH North Ridgeville Health Center in North Ridgeville, Ohio.

The planned 50,300-square-foot ambulatory health center and emergency department will boast an outpatient laboratory, primary and specialty care, UH Rainbow & Children's pediatric care, digestive health, radiology and a retail pharmacy. The total construction cost was $32.4 million.

UH Seidman Cancer Center

UH Rainbow Center for Women & Children

R Engineering Team, LLC performed mechanical and electrical engineering services for University Hospitals at the Women and Children Health Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

University Hospitals on Wednesday, Dec. 21, broke ground on the UH Rainbow Center for Women & Children, a $24 million project largely funded through philanthropy.

The three-story, 40,000-square-foot outpatient health care center will house programs and services including pediatric primary care, women's health care, social services and additional programs supporting patients, their families and the community.

The facility will be two miles west of UH's main campus, at the corner of Euclid Avenue and E. 59th Street.

UH Kent Health Center

R Engineering Team, LLC performed mechanical and electrical engineering services for University Hospitals at the UH Kent Health Center in Kent, Ohio.

The outpatient surgery center that was owned but closed by the former Robinson Memorial Hospital at Devon Place near the S.R. 261 intersection with S.R. 43 was rebuilt to accommodate emergency medicine. Previously, those needing the services of emergency medicine had to be transported to Ravenna or Akron. The new facility in Kent will save lives by bringing emergency medicine closer for those on the western side of Portage County.

The total construction cost was $5 million.

Joseph S. & Jeannette M. Silber Hope Lodge

R Engineering Team, LLC performed professional services for the American Cancer Association. The Hope Lodge facility consisted of living quarters for cancer treatment patients. In addition to individual living quarters there was community spaces consisting of meeting rooms, library, dining room, and laundry. This facility is located in Cleveland, Ohio. The total construction cost was $4 million.

The Ohio State University - Wiseman Hall Cancer Center
